If you’re like a lot of kids at Eagan, you’re probably staying home over Spring Break. And the worst part? You don’t know what to do. After living in Eagan for over 15 years, it seems like everything has already been done, right? Wrong.

Here are some fun things you can do over spring break:

  1. Attend Lively Events

Eagan is one of the cities that is always full of entertainment. Luckily, Spring Break is packed with it.  From March 24th to April 30th, Farm Babies are at the Minnesota Zoo as part of the celebration of Spring. For performing Arts, the Orpheum Theatre is showing Matilda the Musical from March 28th until April 2nd, and Minnesota Orchestra has various concerts over the week that have available tickets. But they’re selling fast – so buy them before they sell out!

2. Visit Attractions

As always, Eagan has some great attractions that might be worth your time over Spring Break. Shopping at the Mall of America or the Premium Outlet Mall always offers a fun way to spend time. Or you could go for a more intellectual outing to the Como Zoo, Science Museum, or the Walker Art Center.

      3. Go for Some Comedy

There’s no better way to reduce stress than with laughter. And Spring Break is the perfect time to do just that. Joke Joint Comedy Club, in St. Paul, is featuring some hilarious shows over Spring Break. Also, in Minneapolis, Dudley Riggs Brave New Workshop is presenting a variety of shows sure to make you laugh.
Regardless of what you choose, there are plenty of enjoyable ways to spend your time this Spring Break. This coming week is meant for relaxing, so go somewhere you’ve never been before and have a good time.
